How to resolve error in Cambium Link Planner "Access Denied" when Starting Program

when I upgraded my cambium PTP link Planner software, the installaation was successfull. 

Than, after that I runnig start the sofware and get error Messages Box : PTP Link Planner has stopped working, a probem caused the program to stop working corectly, etc.

First for have to know the problem, we can check in linkPlanner.exe.log. 

here is content of my linkplanner.exe.log file :

Then How to solve the problem is just we must delete file "fontList.cache" in :

C:\Program Files\Cambium Networks\LINKPlanner\matplotlib
